Old work. I had a theme where I painted the same character in blue dress in PS and Painter. This was painted in painter with only one brush. I'll upload the other painting soon.

I'm just so impressed with the top part of the dress

Nice clouds design, quite unconventional.
Love the colours you used, though the face expression could be better.
Anyway only one brush and old work, Wow..

Yeah I know about the face. It's been like that for over a year now and I always keep telling myself to fix it, but I'm weak and lazy when it comes to repairing my old work. Also I'm afraid that when I start fixing something I'd have to go throughtthe whole painting all over again. The skintones, portions, clouds etc. etc.

The clouds look great and odd in a good way

Vibrant blue colours in the dress

The upper arms (both) came out too short IMO
